Dean notices his campaign is over

Back in May of 2003, Howard Dean was asked about John Kerry's positions on Iraq, saying "That's up to the voters to judge that, and I'm sure they will."

They did.

Former Democratic front-runner Howard Dean will announce on Wednesday the end of his sputtering White House campaign, a Democratic source said.
Dean's problem? He was but mad north-north-East: when the wind was southerly, the voters knew a hawk from a handsaw.
