I hope this isn't true ...

... but I'm afraid it might be.

The parents of 20-year-old Army Pfc. Keith "Matt" Maupin, held hostage in Iraq since April, were informed today that there may be a videotape showing his execution.

Its hard enough to lose your son or daughter in combat, or to a roadside bomb. But it has to have been hell for PFC Maupin's parents since April, especially with the Berg, Johnson and Kim beheadings.

Again, the terrorists have prove they have no soul despite the religious mewling they're prone too. The depths of their depravity is bottomless.

Meanwhile, in this nation, we continue to debate the Geneva Conventions.

this is regarding the "missing" soldier Keith Matthew Maupin. i've beein going through my i/net trying to find any information on him, but there's absolutely nothing current. i've been following his story from day one, and am absolutely shocked that for four months nothing could be done to find him. how is it possible? why has the mass media forgotten about him? are there any more hostages held besides matt? his face is staring at me every day, and although i'm not a particularly religious person, i pray "hard" for him to be found. what can we do to revive his memory? would petitions to the military, government, media help? whay is there no further mention of him, his whereabouts, his fate, etc. i just cant believe we just gave up on him, and others who might be kept captive. please write back if you can, i just would love to hear something about matt maupin. his poor family... how do they go on from day to day, not knowing? best regards, ann marcol, l07 w. willow road, prosepct heights, IL 60070.
