OK, what's up with Canada

Do you guys really need this sort of a warning?

"Eating a ballot, not returning it or otherwise destroying or defacing it constitutes a serious breach of the Canada Elections Act," Elections Canada warns on its Internet site.

It might make sense in Florida, but really this takes "ballot stuffing" to a whole new level.

What? No warning about inserting ballots into orifices other than the slot in the ballot box?? Somebody could end up with a ballot up their nose-- or worse. (Whoooeee, Hubby and I are going to VOTE tonight!!)
